Construction of Your New Home
This is the exciting part for us! We Take pride in building things right, the first time. All of our construction partners share the same vision and commitment. We will document the construction of your home with pictures and progress reports on a daily basis. Each week we generate a Field Progress Report that will be made available to you. Sit back and watch you new home come to life.
Step #3
Construction Completion Walk-Through
This step is done right before you move into your new house. You will complete a walk-through with a Green Castle Project Manager to ensure your house is exactly the way you want it. At this stage any noted deficiencies will immediately be addressed by the Green Castle Team.
Step #4
New Home Warranty Commencement
This step happens the day you move into your New Home. On top of Green Castle's 2 Year Warranty you are covered by a 3rd party 1-2-5-10 New Home Warranty proudly provided by Travelers Insurance.
1 Year Labour & Materials Coverage on everything in your new home.
2 Years Labour & Materials Coverage on all delivery & distribution systems.
5 Years Labour & Materials coverage on your building envelope.
10 Years Labour & Materials Coverage on all structural components of your new home.

New Home Warranty Service
In the case there is some part of your home that requires service during the warranty period we are here to help. Simply send us an email or give us a call and we will immediately initiate our Warranty Service Program. Your file will be assessed same day and you will be contacted within 24 hours by one of our service managers to schedule an service appointment time that is convenient for you. In case of a problem that needs to be addressed immediately we have trades that are on call 24 hours a day.
